Padang Construction is engaged in general construction and other allied business including constructing, enlarging, repairing, developing or otherwise engaging in any work upon buildings, roads, highway, manufacturing plants, pier docks, pipes, shafts, waterworks, railroads, railway structures, all iron steel, wood, masonry, and earth construction and other infrastructure. Our company also engages in trading of construction supplies such as hardware, lumber, electrical, plumbing, concrete and other construction materials on a wholesale/retail basis; and doing of any and all other support services such as site acquisition, and other business and contracting incidental thereto or connected therewith, and doing and performing of any and all acts and things necessary or proper or convenient for the furtherance and/or implementation of the foregoing.

Project Manager
ENGR. ARTAXERXES C. CALMA
Engr. Artaxerxes Calma is a Licensed Civil Engineer who took up his Bachelor’s Degree at Holy Angel University. Pursuing his dream to become a Project Manager, he took up a course of Master of Engineering Management with Specialization in Construction Management at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and acquired his diploma in Construction Management.
He worked as an Engineer at the Department of Public Works and Highways that gave him vast experience in the construction of horizontal structures such as Roads and Bridges. He also acquired his accreditation as a Materials Engineer I thereafter.

ENGR. JULIMAR M. SUNDIAM
Engr. Julimar M. Sundiam is a Licensed Civil Engineer who took up his Bachelor’s Degree at Holy Angel University. He took up a course of Master of Engineering with Specialization in Structural Engineering at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila to utterly pursue his passion for Structural Engineering Design and Analysis. In 2015, he worked as an Engineer at the Department of Public Works and Highways. Thereafter, he started his career in Structural Engineering as a Structural Design Engineer at Padang Construction & Supplies Corporation. Currently, the Chief Engineer of the company.
Principal Architect
ARCH. ANGELLEE FAITH C. CALMA
With a great passion for designing, Ar. Angellee Faith Calma took up Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Holy Angel University and earned her bachelor’s degree thereafter. She had her apprenticeship on architectural firms that specializes in high-end design and build services that made her grow in the profession and experience in the actual process of designing and translating it to an actual building or structure with regards to various laws and design principles. She believes that Architecture is a continuous learning experience. Right after gaining her license as an architect, she pursued another career to add up to her expertise and became a Licensed Master Plumber. She uses different software and creates 3d models to create good overviews of a building to fully present her vision to her clients.
Senior Architect
ARCH. AILEEN C. CALMA
Ar. Aileen Calma finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in 2016 at Don Honorio Ventura State University in Bacolor, Pampanga at the age of 20. She ranked Top 1 in the 2016 Architecture Pre- Qualifying Examination and landed Top 3 in the 2016 Architecture Comprehensive Examination held at Don Honorio Ventura State University. She had her internship at R.L. Architects and Design, an outsourcing company focused on Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning based in Pampanga that designs a variety of wide range projects in China and Dubai. She also worked in an Architectural firm specializes in high end residential and commercial projects in the country where she handled multiple projects that developed her planning and designing skills as she gained knowledge in project and construction management. Ar. Calma also designed and handled her own several residential projects in Pampanga and outsourced projects in Dubai. She is knowledgeable about the widely used software in designing today and continues to learn more as the designing industry grows and innovates. With her philosophy “Architecture, Art and everything between, Ar. Calma converge her passion for architecture and art through linking up her interest in science and love of art in her profession.
Design Architect
ARCH. JENNALYN M. SULA
In 2016, Ar. Jennalyn M. Sula earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Holy Angel University. She had her training and internship in architectural firms that specializes in design and build services. To improve her career growth and development after gaining her license, she worked with a construction company and was involved in the planning and supervision of high end residential and commercial projects throughout the country, in which she has gained experience starting with analyzing a project site to the development of massing and functional spaces that best fit clients’ requirements and lifestyle. She believes that an architect’s role is to adapt to the needs of our time. She uses different architectural software to show how design elements and solutions were presented in a structure and continue to experiment with the growing technology to deal with clients professionally and effectively.
Electrical Design Engineer
ENGR. CHRISTIAN P. CRUZ
Former Electrical Field Engineer at Makati Development Corporation (one of the biggest contractors in the Philippines serving Ayala Land Premiere’s Projects) for 3 years whom assigned in a high rise condominium project in Makati City, Philippines amounting to 3.5 Billion Php. Handling electrical and electronics sub-contractors in accordance to Safety, Quality, Timely Delivery, and Cost Effective principles of the company who is very hands on when it comes to design – construction conflicts, actual accomplishment and a result oriented type of person. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Bulacan State University – Malolos City (Ranked Top 7 in 2018 Best Philippine Schools to Study Electrical Engineering) at the Age of 20. I passed the Republic of the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission Electrical Engineering Board Examination in Manila. Currently working as an Electrical Design Engineer in Padang Construction and Supplies Corporation whose expert in residential, commercial, and industrial establishments namely dwelling units, individual detached dwelling units, multi-family dwelling units, hotels & motels, armories and auditorium, banks, barbershops and beauty parlors, churches, clubs, hospitals, office buildings, restaurants, schools, stores, warehouses, farms, and factories.
Quantity Surveyor / Site Engineer
ENGR. AXL JOSHUA C. PANGAN
Engr. Axl Joshua C. Pangan is a Civil Engineer who took up his Bachelor’s Degree at Our Lady of Fatima University. He is also awarded of 2017 Best thesis in “detailed design and costing of a 3 story dormitory with convenience store” at Pulung Maragul Angeles City. He is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor from his experience on quantity surveying softwares like Quantity Solutions & CostX which are the world-leading software on-screen 2D & 3D/BIM takeoff, integrated workbook with subcontractor comparison, and customized report writer- all in the one program. He started his career at Padang Construction & Supplies Corporation. Currently, the Quantity Surveyor & Site Engineer of the Company.
